DC Ranch

More than any other community in northern Scottsdale, DC Ranch can indeed be all things to all people.

Welcome to DC Ranch

Urban, upscale, and community-driven, DC Ranch is a prime location for those who like some action alongside their luxury.

More than any other community in northern Scottsdale, DC Ranch can indeed be all things to all people. There's shopping and dining. There's an energetic country club lifestyle with active golf and social scenes, and activities for young and old alike. There's an abundance of outdoor pursuits. Finally, there are the residences—homes to fit every stage of life, family size, want, or need.

Comprising four villages—Country Club, Desert Camp, Desert Peaks, Silverleaf—spread across 4,400 magnificent acres, DC Ranch celebrates luxury and the many forms it takes.

The Country Club's aesthetic emulates Arizona's southwestern heritage and Spanish roots. It's also where the 18-hole Tom Lehman designed County Club golf course at DC Ranch is located. Desert Camp neighborhoods weave together and create the spirit of a small village, with housing that includes condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.

Desert Park is a spotlight for architectural flair. Home trends include Southwestern-style ranch houses, Craftsman bungalows, and custom abodes with splashes of Spanish influence. As for Silverleaf, few superlatives can do this ultra-exclusive enclave justice, except to say that the custom homes surrounding Silverleaf Golf Course are stunning architectural marvels.

Things to Do

As in much of the Southwest, golf is the highlight of most prominent neighborhoods, and DC Ranch is no different. The stellar Silverleaf Club includes an 18-hole Tom Weiskopf designed championship layout, and the Country Club at DC Ranch is a fun and challenging test for golfers of all skills and ages.

Silverleaf features a 50,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse that includes spa services and a lap and resort-style pool. It's a perfect fit within the health-centered DC Ranch community. Elsewhere in DC Ranch, there is the 10-court Village Tennis Center, the 82,000-square-foot Village Health Club and Spa (with 170 group and yoga classes each week), and direct access to numerous outdoor activities.

Each village includes a handful of neighborhood parks with play areas for children and even smaller pocket parks for those seeking a respite with mountain views.

DC Ranch also includes an extensive network of interconnected paths for exclusive use by residents. These trails meander through the entire development, with many extending into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Walking, running, and cycling is welcome throughout the network.
